The mule deer shown above was harvested with a rifle by Wayne Mckenzie in South Dakota on November 21, 2008. This great looking mule deer was spotted by Wayne and his guide over a mile away. A stalk began and a short time later, both the hunter and guide were within 140 yards. Wayne waited for his opportunity and made a great shot on this deer. This huge mule deer scores 191" gross.
The whitetail shown above was harvested with a rifle by Paul Frazier in South Dakota on November 9, 2008. This nice whitetail was spotted along a creek bottom by Paul. After watching this deer for several minutes, Paul was able to crawl up on this deer to within 40 yards. The deer then stood up and began feeding, allowing Paul an opportunity to deliver a well place shot. This beautiful whitetail scores 161"gross.
